When I first started with bluehost things were pretty good. Everything was in it's place. But then after a year I renewed my account only to find a surprise on my credit card statement showing they double billed my card. I contacted them asking for an explanation. They stated that I had to pay some over usage and upgrade features and that this was the reason of additional billing of my credit card. I never received any Email that would indicate my credit card would be additionally charged. I checked everything twice and I'm pretty confident that no upgrade or over usage ever took place. I asked for a refund but nothing has been refunded so far.
